Francesca is an Associate Consultant in our global consumer products and services practice. She has worked across Board-level searches within retail, leisure & hospitality and private equity, with a core focus on FMCG. She has a range of cross-functional experience encompassing marketing, HR, strategy, operations, commercial, general management and Non-Executive Directors.
She has represented a diverse mix of clients from family-owned or founder-led organisations, private equity backed businesses and large, blue-chip companies.
Before joining MBS, Francesca worked for a boutique executive search firm in the consumer sector. She graduated from King’s College London with a degree in Theology.
